The latest and ambiguity flavor of Fanta. They don't articulate the flavor of it. This light brown Fanta is sweet, flavored with a hint of tutti-frutti. But it have no citrus flavor like Sprit.

A classic lactobacillus beverage in Japan made from a raw milk. This beverage was launched from Calpis Co., Ltd. In 1919.
(As an aside, in Japanese, "Calpico" is usually called as "Calpis", however, the sound of "Calpis" in English, it sounds, "caw piss". Therefore we use as "Calpico" in English. "Calpis" is coined from "calcium" and "sarpis" in Sanskrit which means ghee or clarified butter.)

This sake has a deep taste and rich aroma which is the characteristic of the Junmai-Ginjo. It has a delicate sweetness of the natural flavor of the ingredients.

ROUGE NATURELLE
Junmai, 13% Alcohol content , Sweet.
This sake use special yeast which extracted colors from the ingredients. A very smooth taste with sweet-and-sour.

Kome-shocyu is distilled alcohol made from rice and has a strong aroma. This shocyu has a fresh flavor and a rich aroma.

WAKAMATSU YAEMON
Imo-shocyu, 25% Alcohol content.
Imo-shocyu is distilled alcohol made from sweet potato and has a strong aroma. This beautiful amber brown shochu has a deep taste with wonderful aroma.

UMESHU
GIN no UME
Daiginjo, 9% Alcohol content.
Usually, umeshu is made from steeping ume fruits in shochu, however this umeshu use Daiginjyo-shu instead of shochu. The fine umeshu is not very sweet and mellow.

MOCHI PORK
The characteristic of the Mochi Pork is less meat smell than ordinary pork, the tender meat like a fresh Moch (sticky rice cake). And also the fat on meat is light and sweet.

KYOHO GRAPE
"Kyoho" means "giant mountain grapes" which produced in 1937 in Shizuoka Prefecture. This grapes are very rich and sweet.

CHIRASHI-ZUSHI
A type of sushi. In TDS, chirashi-zushi served as the seafood and other ingredients topped on the sushi rice.
The famous "sushi" the above reference picture is actually named "nigiri-zushi".

DAIKON and PONZU
Daikon is a Japanese radish.
Ponzu is a citrus and soy based sauce.

WASANBON, DAINAGON-AZUKI
Wasanbon is a type of high-grade suger. The light-yellowish suger have a mild sweetness as like a brown suger.

KINAKO
Kinako as known as soybean flour which is produced by finely grinding roasted soybeans into powder.

ANMITSU
It is made of small cubes of agar jelly with served in bowl with sweet azuki bean paste, and a variety of fruits.

WARABI-MOCHI
Warabi mochi is a traditional Japanese desssert made from bracken (warabi is bracken in Japanese) starch.

MIZUNA
Mizuna is a cultivated varieties of Brassica rapa. The taste of mizuna has been described as a "piquant, mild peppery flavor, and slightly spicy, but less so than arugula".

AOSA NORI
Aosa nori is the sea lettuce comprise the genus Ulva. In Japan, soft texture aosa nori is one of the popular indredients of miso soup. It is the different from just "nori" which color is black, the color of aosa nori is green.
