Mar. 29 2015 About Which is Which? Part 5.
Welcome back you and me! I'm sorry to be late to share the answer of the last question. Let's check which Country Bear Jamboree belongs to Magic Kingdom at WDW and Tokyo Disneyland!
The Left: TDL
The Right: MK at WDW.
If you only know WDW's Country Bear Jamboree, you sensed something odd from the two pictures. The brass picture lights evoked a feeling of strangeness. Only at TDL Country Bear Theater portrait have the wall lamps.
And my rough photo retouching gave you another uncomfortable feeling from TDL picture. In fact, the wall on the portrait at TDL is surround many little sketches.
There are many small drawings around the perforbears. Each little pictures tell us curious stories of them which enrich their understanding of characters.
Let's check the details between the two.
The left and orange-ish tone pictures are TDL. TDL do want guest to know their names. Henry's eyes are different between TDL and WDW. I feel they give me a different story about Henry and Sammy the raccoon. Wendell seems almost same except his back props.
And there are interesting different part of "The five bear rugs" picture. It's expression of Little Oscar. At WDW, he is watching Zake the banjo player. It seemed Zake made something unexpected. Baby Oscar's eye gave me sort of resentful. Otherwise, at TDL, he see nothing. He is completely blank even though they are parforming!
No bee at TDL frame, longer wing than WDW(I like cupid like wing of WDW's bear.), and anything else, anyone?
At TDL, these little pictures are changed by Christmas and Summer Vacation.
Do you see the red or green frames? They are special drawings during the season.
Come and dine at TDL Crystal Palace Restaurant.
I'll post them when the time has come!
I hope you enjoyed both Country Bear Jambree.
I love this attraction very much, so I'd like you to challenge one more question from Country Bear Jamboree.
Are you ready?
Guess which is which?
One is Country Bear Jamboree in Frontierland of Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, and the another one is called Country Bear Theater at Westernland in Tokyo Disneyland.
These above two pictures are cool and adorable audience from Country Bear Jamboree. They are same Buff, Max, and Melvin, but they're really different looks.
Which trio do you want to meet? One group can speak Japanese!
I hope you'll enjoy it!
I'll post the answer of this someday.

Feb. 28 2015 About Which is Which? Part 4.
Hello, again! I think it's easy question than the last one. Let's check which Crystal Palace restaurant belongs to Magic Kingdom at WDW and Tokyo Disneyland!
The Left: MK at WDW.
The Right: TDL
The biggest and visible difference is a flag on the grass dome of these two restaurant.
At TDL, the flag is just plain yellow unlike the MK's flag.
And a part of the paned glasses looks like a stained glass is also distinctive at TDL Crystal Palace Restaurant.
Here is the entrance of the two Crystal Palace restaurant. The same taste, very similar architecture, but we can see many different between the two. It's really interesting.
Come and dine at TDL Crystal Palace Restaurant.
I hope you have a good time before both Crystal Palace restaurant.
So this week, I'd like to go traveling with you back-and-forth between Frontierland at WDW and Westernland at TDL.
Are you ready?
Guess which is which?
One is Country Bear Jamboree in Frontierland of Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, and the another one is called Country Bear Theater at Westernland in Tokyo Disneyland.
These above two pictures are a portrait of a performer from Country Bear Jamboree. They look very same at a glance except the base color, but I think you'll find many subtle differeces.
One is near "Frontier Trading Post" the pins store at the Magic Kingdom, and one is near to the great curry & rice restaurant, "Hungry Bear Restaurant" at Westernland.
Which theater do you want to go?
It's tough choice for me in this time. But always my TDR's pin in hand was gone and swapped so quickly in the US park. So I'd like to go back to join a pin trading at the shop after the lovely long running show.
I hope you'll enjoy it!
I'll post the answer of this someday.

Feb. 21 2015 About Which is Which? Part 3.
G'day! How was the last week question? So let's find out which Cinderella statue belongs to Magic Kingdom at WDW and Tokyo Disneyland!
The Left: TDL.
The Right: MK at WDW.
However, if you observe them closely, you'll find many differences between MK's Cinderella statue and TDL's one. The pink brightness of the mural painting, the detail of Fleur-de-lis are different. The big difference is the statue placement. TDL position seem concerned about a layout of animal friends. The Gus & Jaq group and Suzy or Perla group was divided clearly from the center.
The location are very same. The both fountains are located a right-side, back of Cinderella Castle.
TDL Cinderella statue is adjoining Baby Mine the Infant dress shop.
The fountain at TDL is waiting for you.
I hope you have a good time at both Fantasylands.
So this week, I'd like to go traveling with you back-and-forth between Adventureland at TDL and Main Street, U.S.A. at WDW.
Are you ready?
Guess which is which?
One is Crystal Palace in Main Street, U.S.A, Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, and the another one is Adventureland in Tokyo Disneyland.
These above two pictures are a glass dome of Crystal Palace restaurant at Adventureland and Main Street, U.S.A. It's really interesting their location difference, but these buildings looks really same.
One is near many construction walls of a hub at the Magic Kingdom, and one is near to the Adventureland gate which I was introduced it in the last week.
Which restaurant do you want to go?
Hmmm, dine with Pooh and friends at WDW Crystal Palace Restaurant or eat within 90 minutes and go at TDL Crystal Palace Restaurant. I choose Pooh!
I hope you'll enjoy it!
I'll post the answer of this on next weekend.

Welcome back! Did you have a good thinking time? So let's find which gate belongs to Magic Kingdom at WDW and Tokyo Disneyland!
The Left: TDL.
The Right: MK at WDW.
The Skulls and the stone spears Adventureland gate at WDW is more minacious than just colorful masks TDL gate.
TDL Adventureland gate is also arched bridge on the water which runs from Swiss Family Treehouse to waterside of China Voyager the restaurant.
The gate at TDL is waiting for you.
Have a nice time at both Adventurelands?
So today, I'd like to go traveling with you back-and-forth between Fantasyland at TDL and WDW. Are you ready?
Guess which is which? A Cinderella statue is Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, and the another one is Tokyo Disneyland.
These above two pictures are a Cinderella Fountain at Fantasyland. They are really similar bronze statue, but you can see a different of the position.
One is located next to the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom the enchanted window, and one is next to pretty store window of Baby Mince the dress for infants shop.
Which fountain do you go?
Of course, I'm fledgling sorcerer, so I choose the magic window side fountain!
I hope you'll enjoy it!
I'll post the answer of this on next weekend.

Feb. 07 2015 about Literary, Park Now.
Danny the little black lamb is safely back to his house in Westernland.
He escaped with some balloons from an enclosure to a shop window of Emporium at World Bazaar on 1st January to 5th January.
Now ordinary merchandises are on display in the window.
And Danny settle down an entrance at "Westernland Picture Parlour".
It's so rare opportunity to meet Danny the lamb from “So Dear to My Hear” in 1949 film. Only now at TDL!
Before the Queen Elsa's arrival from WDW or DL, I mean Arendelle.
Now the World Bazaar is enchanted frozen fractalish and crystallizing by her snow power.
It's worth to see this beautiful chandelier at TDL.
"Anna and Elsa's Frozen Fantasy" the special event to be held on 20th March at TDL!
Come on Duffy lover, please follow me!
You can see something in the distance.
See? It's cute Duffy banner. But what's exactly "Home Coming"?
A name tag of the banner said, "Duffy's Fuwa Fuwa Journy". (Fuwa Fuwa means Fluffy in Japanese.)
Fluffy, Journey...Yes! Catbu..., No I mean Duffy Bus...yeah...
The Duffy bus went all over Japan in 2014. He finally came back to TDS parking lot.
A guest who purchase a one-day ticket (adult:10,400JPY, FYI normal pass 6,400JPY. ) or two-days ticket with a special admission card of the Duffy bus can only get into a fluffy inside. Feb. 01 2015 about Sweet Duffy 2015
I had posted some report about Sweet Duffy the annual event in TDS. But first of all, "Sweet Duffy" is not event actually, it's just named as it a period during after New Year's Greeting to spring which related Valentine's Day. There are tons of special Duffy & ShellieMay merchandises at their this-time-only- decoration TDS.
Not only Duffy goods, there are many Valentine's Day design items in both parks.
Windows are changed during the period at McDuck's Department Store the merchandise shop.
Every "Sweet Duffy" season has a story.
This year 2015 is...
Left: Duffy and ShellieMay are helping to make cupcakes. Right: "Yeah, we did it!" "These looks so yummy!"
Left: "Wish our friends over the sea could eat them, too."
Right: Duffy's friend, Gelatoni has a big smile. And that made Duffy very happy.
It started only at Cape Cod which is (became) Duffy's hometown. However the range of the special decoration spread to American Waterfront in the last year, and finally covered to Mediterranean Harbor in this year.
Let's go to New York Deli at American Waterfront first.
The restaurant entrance has a lovely garland. And the window also is adorned with a special Duffy art.
I know you're hungry, but just wait and look up the archway before your ordering.
Please don't fill in a table soon! A pretty and this-time-only place mat welcome you.
Every table set a pair design chairs.
You can choose these cute table as you like.
Except one table under a heart dangled ceiling at the restaurant.
The table reserved for a person who gave Duffy one's undying love.
Sorry, the table welcome anyone! It's photo location in this season.
On the table, there are three so adorable desserts.
From this year 2015, they spread the special Duffy decoration to Mediterranean Harbor.
You'll be able to purchase a special merchandises.
It looks like a dessert, but it's pudding-like towel!
Are you hungry again?
So check out Gondolier Snacks the Gelato counter.
You'll sip an Italian Hot Chocolate Drink the special menu under this Duffy umbrella.
A Cobbled alley, Mountain Prometheus in the distance with the hot beverage... It's just a great TDS moment!!
Or do you eat a solid-meal?
This Zambini Brother's Risorante is a new participant counter-service eatery of Sweet Duffy decorations from this year.
The fabric entrance canopy is changed for Duffy, and an arm rail near the entrance is also decorated with Duffy and Gelatoni art.
When you step into the restaurant, the four story pictures are hanging on second floor's balustrade.
There are the easiest to see the story pictures on the refurbish guard wall of this restaurant.
The romantic water fountain is located near Cafe Portfino the restaurant in Mediterranean Harbor.
A last place to introduce is Cape Cod the Duffy's hometown.
A big heart-shaped photo location is waiting for you.
But what are they? Are they snowball cookies mosaic art?
This cute but inexplicable art is near Aunt Peg's Village Store the merchandise shop.
Finally, we reached the center of the super Duffy Power.
This Duffy and ShellieMay are strongly anchored in the special table with special protect Duffy power.
Their props also so cute and magical.
Yes, Duffy Brings Love...
Happy Valentine's Day!!
Even it isn't event, but I admit the decoration is cute and sometime is photogenic.

Jan. 25 2015. about Frozen Fever at TDL.
I still can't quite believe the Frozen has made a tremendous hit all over the parks. I'm big fan of Idina Menzel, so I really love the song and movie. But it's true that I just underestimated the Frozen-pact.
That wait is over. TDL now take place "Anna and Elsa's Frozen Fantasy" the special event from 13. January to 20. March.
Unfortunately, there are no greeting place of the Royal sisters (only we can see them at "Frozen Fantasy Greeting" the micro parade.). But lot's of great photo opportunity during this event.
Mickey flowerbed changed to a simmering Frozen decoration. This is one of a difficult photo spot.
When you step into World Bazaar, there are so splendid Ice Palace.
The shops and store is also decorated sparkling snow flakes and glittering frost by Queen Elsa.
The biggest souvenir store Emporium has her crown on the facade.
There are three shop windows with many guests in all day.
Yes, it's special Frozen decorations.
Fantasyland also full of Frozen decoration.
The hub is simple, but it's so beautiful.
My favorite snow vegetation, Dusty Miller is back!
Before the pretty greens, there is a food hut which was sold Frozen special treats.
Take a Frozen treats and cozy time.
Sugar Candies with Mini Snack Case ¥880.
Apple Mousse Cake with Souvenir Plate ¥720.
Cassis Mousse with Souvenir Cup ¥580.
It's time to "Frozen Fantasy Greeting" !
The ice chandelier on the roof is turned its beauty hour by hour.
It's tuned dark, it means time to "Once Upon a Time -Special Winter Edition-" time!!
I won the almost center seat by lottery which is so low winning rate. It's the queen's mercy.
After the nighttime spectacular, the icy palace become most beautiful time.
Don't forget to look the entrance marquee back before you go home.
It's long lasting Frozen Fever at TDL.

Jan. 04 2015 about A Golden New Year.
Happy New Year!
Let our spirit of Disney Love glow in this year!!
2015 zodiac is sheep, I think TDR would be use Bo Peep's sheep, but they find out cute character from antique for this year.
His name is Danny the black sheep from "So Dear to My Heart" in 1948.
This is Japanese traditional decoration, "Kadomatsu" with Danny-printed Japanese fan. If you'd like to know about Kadomatsu, please go check the Kadomatsu the wiki.
The belows are another Japanese traditional decorations of New Year.
This Japanese calligraphy says "Happy New Year", but there is a Disney-like trick on this Japanese letter. In Japanese, "Happy New Year" the pronunciation is "Akemashite Omedetou Gozaimasu". However, the actually letter on the photo says, "Akemeeh (Japanese sheep's "baa".) shite Omedetou gozaimasu".
And he bite it!
And another banner means "I hope we all prosper this year", but also there is a Disney-like trick on it. In Japanese, "Happy New Year" the pronunciation is "Kotoshi mo yoroshiku Onegai shimasu". However, the actually letter on the photo says, "Kotoshi mo yorosheep ("hituji" is sheep in Japanese actually, but we can use same pronunciation "sheep" in Japanese too.) Onegai shimasu". So that's why the part of Japanese font is fluffy.
During this time, Danny seems to explore in TDL park.
At the very first, he appeared in front of "Westernland Picture Parlour" the merchandise & photo store. I never expect him to escape through the bars, so I didn't take a photo at that time. So I really searched for Danny in TDL.
I found tons of Danny, but these are not him, it's only merchandises.
Finally, I found him.
He is is a window at "Grand Emporium" at World Bazaar.
Phew
We tend to forget keep our body well hydrated in cold season. So, I introduce a very special drink at TDL. Know this beverage which only you can drink at TDL, and enjoy rehydration during winter!
You can drink Fanta the fruit flavored soda in Japan. But completely brand new and mysterious flavor has launched at TDL and TDS.
It called Fanta Golden Cider.
The latest and ambiguity flavor of Fanta. They don't articulate the flavor of it. This light brown Fanta is sweet, flavored with a hint of tutti-frutti. But it have no citrus flavor like Sprite. Some cast member said it's taste of sweeten Ramune, and other people said it's like a ginger ale without a spicy.
You can buy it at Refreshment Corner in TDL.
or also at Tomorrowland Terace in TDL.
In TDS you will be able to enjoy it at Cape Cod Cook-Off.
The Golden Fanta regular size is 240JPY, the large size is 300JPY.
And I'm able to show you another golden snack.
It's Orange Marmalade Popcorn! Sweet-sour with a fresh taste of Orange.
Yummy for my tummy!
It gives me a really lucky feeling to start the new year with the golden drink and golden snack.
Come and taste it yourself!
